- Built-in, permanent monitoring tools continuously verify heat balancing and chilled-water system efficiency.
- The building features upgraded LED lighting integrated with extensive motion sensors, automatically dimming the lights in empty spaces.
AIR HANDLING UNIT (AHU)
- Among the first to implement Energy Valves for tracking the dedicated cooling loads of individual AHUs.
- All Air Handling Units utilize Electronically-Commutated (EC) fans for superior energy efficiency.
