No. 50

01
Interestingly, why is the shop called No. 50?
We wanted to play around with numbers and ‘50’ is a lucky number for us. Also, we wanted to be different from other shops with the usual alphabetical names. No.50 is rather easy to remember.
02
What led to No. 50 being the sole distributor for the popular Thai label SODA and its sister label, BAKING SODA?
There is an abundance of mass brands, local designers and high-end brands in Singapore. We wanted to bring in a mid-end brand that is quirky, trendy and affordable. Soda and Baking Soda fits the bill and it is something very different.
03
Besides fashion, are there any interesting and quirky accessories as well?
Yes, there are unique brooches, bangles and shawls. We are looking into bringing in more fashion accessories such as bags, shoes and belts from other parts of the world in the near future.

Actually all occasions, be it work, parties, events, weddings, a weekend-getaway, daily wear or traveling. You are bound to be able to find something at No.50.
05
Describe the profile of a No. 50 shopper?
The age range is from 20’s to 50’s. They are high–fliers, young working executives and ‘tais tais’ as well. And most importantly, they all enjoy the fun of being fashionable.
06
How often can we expect new arrivals in the shop?

At least once a month

07  What is the price range?
